My delightful girlfriend installed a firepit in my back yard, with nice stone work, vibrant flowers and a bubbling “water feature” (now a new entry to my lexicon.)
For the ground cover she chose a nice pea gravel.
Of late the feral cats in my ‘hood have decided that pea gravel is not unlike kitty litter.
Near one of their more solid offerings, a dark discoloring is manifesting itself.
Closer examination shows that it is made up of a collection of smaller dark objects, a Monet of mold, if you will.
So my question is, what is this, and how do I make it go away.
