Lo, I have actually found a website that will spit out your credit score w/o having to sign up for some crummy credit monitoring service.
Homecoming is approaching for the University of South Florida.
The “Running of the Bulls” night parade will be Friday, October 14th, and as per my usual, I will be driving my 6X6 with a load of friends in the back, followed by a string of Jeeps from my 4×4 club. (You are welcome to join us if you are local or happen to be in Tampa.)
After the parade I am subjecting Elizabeth to a MBA class reunion . . . . it is not going to be that meaningful, as it has only been 3 years since we graduated, but it will be a gathering of friends and former professors, and well, an open bar.
Not sure what will happen after that . . . . one year there was a bon fire, last year I ended up on a karaoke stage. We will see.
The big game is on Saturday, 10/18; we will be taking on Syracuse.
I will not be using my season tickets on Friday, 9/12.
(I will be there – just in a different set of seats.)
Sec 210, Row G, Seat 14 and 15
When she is not busy changing her hair color, she updates the look of my blog.
I like, I like!
I (we’ve) been really busy lately . . . . . and the blog suffers . . . .
A group (as in TWELVE!) of us went to see Mamma Mia at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center . . . what a blast – it was a great show.
Long time buddy Matt and his main squeeze were in town for a bit – we had a great dinner and Flamenco show at Tampa’s historic Columbia Restaurant. WG’s steak melted in her mouth – and my . . . uh, I can’t remember [edited by Evil E - I know he had French Fries with it, whatever it was
], but it was great. We had hoped for a boat trip . . . but the storm offshore . . . oh well.
A small gathering of kayakers hit the Rainbow River recently . . . pics are here: http://teejandme.com
You will also see pics from a nifty new MV museum . . . . oooooooooo olive drab iron . . . . . . .
This weekend’s meeting-of-the-WG-family went very well . . . . . nice people, great food, smooth cigars, enjoyable conversation . . . .
We tried to make it to a “White Party” and the USF game . . . but I was fighting some bug this weekend and did not want to let it get bad . . . . so we had to pare down the ititinerary a bit.
We capped off the weekend with an intense game of “Uno” with 4 other friends under the stars and in the evening breeze.
[typos corrected by Evil E. She wouldn't want anyone to think her boyfriend wasn't "that smart"]
